So on top of all that - I am a passionate (extremely passionate to be clear) voice for ditching the 'Mum Guilt' and becoming the best versions of ourselves as mothers that we can be. Your vision of being a mother is different to mine, different to your own mothers and often very very VERY different to the well meaning Mum in coffee group that gives you all your current advice. This podcast is born from the idea that we all just need information to make INFORMED decisions and to inspire us to be the best mothers we can be on the good and bad days. You won't find me pushing agendas, getting on my podium and nagging you (I save that for the walls of my own home!) or telling you what you are doing is wrong. You will find me giving you sound advice from a midwifery and clinically researched viewpoint along with ideas, support and a safe place for you to rest your ears and listen in for tips and advice when sometimes you just have no idea what to do.
If you can learn from me, laugh with me, feel supported and empowered then I have done my job perfectly. I will be recording each episode possibly with a Mum bun, a latte in hand and sometimes a freaking awesome guest speaker for you as well. As even though my kids may think I know everything (or I lead them to think that anyway) I really don't, so I will always call in super duper experts for those tricky subjects.
